Brad believes real estate is still the number one wealth builder in America today – making home ownership a great and empowering investment.
Coming from a broad real estate and banking background, Brad worked as both a residential loan officer and commercial loan officer in the Central Maine area for the past 16 years. This experience includes residential government programs such as FHA, Maine House, and Rural Development in addition to understanding the complexities of buying commercial properties including obtaining financing with FAME or SBA components. Brad has also held a various investment/insurance licenses, being a Licensed Investment Advisor while employed for one of the region’s top performing banks.

When Brad isn’t working, he enjoys spending down time with his wife and two children. But if you’re looking for Brad in Maine’s warmer months; you may see him 12,000 feet above the ground piloting the skydive jump-plane for Vacationland Skydiving out of Pittsfield.
